It’s impossible to advertise exact pricing on projects because it’s difficult to know what to charge until I have specifics about each project. Things like what I’ll be working on, what type of materials and tools I'll need, and how long it will take to complete are just the most obvious reasons. It’s hard to gauge what it will cost until I actually assess the project.

However, sometimes if you have a lot of little things to get done (door alignment, gutter cleaning, drippy faucets, broken drawers, etc.) it’s more realistic to charge by the hour and check off the items on your list. In scenarios like this I generally charge $100/hr with a 2 hr minimum. You might be surprised how many small tasks I can do in just a few hours and I enjoy getting your “punch-list” done right for you!

I will say this about my pricing, it’s fair all the way around. I set my pricing so that I can afford to do a quality job and provide good service. I’m sure there are handymen out there that are less expensive than I am and there are some that are more expensive. I won’t rake you over the coals, I’ll only charge you what is fair to support my business and allow me to be the best that I can be for you.
